§ 1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service offered by pkrber (hereinafter referred to as "pkrber", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), you, the user (hereinafter "Player", "you", or "your"), unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as amended from time to time. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pkrber platform, including visitors who browse without registration and registered account holders who actively participate in any gaming or betting activity.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pkrber platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting support. Continued use of pkrber following any posted amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

§ 2 Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of pkrber's gaming and betting services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account's active status:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. pkrber operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds pending review.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal structures may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited or restricted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, director, or shareholder of pkrber or any of its associated entities, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

pkrber reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, or in response to any compliance obligation. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC/NICOP), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by pkrber may result in account suspension or closure.

§ 3 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may register one (1) pkrber account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. pkrber uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts; any confirmed duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be voided subject to investigation.

When registering your pkrber account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid email address to which you have sole access, your date of birth, and your contact information. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkrber account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pkrber strongly recommends:

• Using a unique, complex password that is not reused across other services.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your pkrber account.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notifying pkrber support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorised access to your account.

pkrber shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security, subject to applicable law. In the event of a security incident, pkrber may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

§ 4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

pkrber accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively for Pakistani players. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change; current available methods are always displayed within your pkrber account dashboard.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the pkrber platform:

• Deposits: All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be directed to payment accounts in your own name and, where possible, to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (source-of -funds principle). pkrber aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet withdrawals within 10 minutes; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other Pakistani banks within one (1) business day. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees; processing times may be affected by third-party payment provider delays, compliance reviews, or public holidays.
• Verification Requirements: pkrber may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirement and is not discretionary. Verified accounts experience significantly fewer processing delays.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are charged by pkrber; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees or conversion rates.
• Declined Transactions: pkrber reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction that appears to be connected with fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity, or that fails our AML/KYC checks.

§ 5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pkrber offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all pkrber bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully verified pkrber accounts only. Players who have self-excluded or opted out of marketing communications are not eligible for promotional offers during such periods.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• pkrber reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already credited to a player's account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture, account closure, and recovery of any fraudulently obtained winnings.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational gaming purposes only and are not redeemable for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

§ 6 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games available on the pkrber Casino platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash titles, and specialty games — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface and by the rules of the relevant software provider. pkrber's sportsbook, including cricket betting, PSL markets, and all other sports wagering, is governed by the Sportsbook Rules published on the platform.

By placing any bet or wager on pkrber, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games and sports events, by real-world outcomes that are independent of pkrber's control.
• pkrber's records of all game outcomes, bet placements, and account transactions shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 12.
• You accept the risk of financial loss inherent in gambling. Betting and casino gaming are forms of entertainment involving financial risk; pkrber does not guarantee any winnings.
• Bets placed on sporting events — including PSL matches, international cricket fixtures, UFC events, and football matches — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules applicable to each market, including rules on abandoned events, postponements, and result amendments.
• pkrber reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system error. Players will be notified of any such voiding and the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

§ 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrber platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions. pkrber employs automated monitoring, manual review, and third-party fraud detection services to identify prohibited conduct. Confirmed violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where required by law, reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registration or use of more than one pkrber account per individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Attempting to access the pkrber platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the pkrber platform.
• Any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or insider information exploitation in connection with sportsbook betting.
• Collusion with other players to exploit casino or sportsbook outcomes.
• Systematic exploitation of game errors, software bugs, or promotional terms ("bonus abuse").
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML controls, or use of pkrber for any other illegal financial activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith.
• Any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the pkrber platform infrastructure or other players' experience.

§ 8 Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, and other materials displayed on or forming part of the pkrber platform are the intellectual property of pkrber or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any licence, right, or interest in any pkrber intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the platform for its intended personal, non-commercial recreational purpose.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any pkrber content without the prior written consent of pkrber. Unauthorised use of pkrber's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

§ 9 Privacy and Data Protection

pkrber collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the pkrber Privacy Policy.

pkrber processes personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity and age verification, AML/KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and marketing communications where consent has been given. pkrber does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to provide the services described in these Terms & Conditions or as required by applicable law or regulation.

§ 10 Responsible Gaming

pkrber is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is designed for entertainment purposes only, and pkrber actively encourages all players to set personal financial and time limits before commencing play. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pkrber account holders:

§ 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrber, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the pkrber platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical failures, network interruptions, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in game information, odds, or results that is beyond pkrber's reasonable control.
• Indirect losses resulting from delayed payment processing by third-party payment providers.

pkrber's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkrber account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by pkrber's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

§ 12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your pkrber account or any transaction, you must follow the pkrber dispute resolution process in the following order:

1. First Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to pkrber's customer support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including relevant account information, transaction references, and dates. pkrber aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 days.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the first contact resolution, you may request escalation to pkrber's senior compliance team by clearly stating "Formal Escalation" in your communication. Escalated disputes will be reviewed within 28 days.
3. Regulatory Body: If the dispute remains unresolved following the escalation process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pkrber's licensing authority. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available upon request from pkrber's support team.

You agree not to initiate legal proceedings in connection with any pkrber dispute before first completing the above dispute resolution process in good faith.

§ 13 Amendments to Terms

pkrber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pkrber will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account or by posting a prominent notice on the pkrber platform. The effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the pkrber platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

§ 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrber holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be contractually excluded or limited.
